Oh, yes, Kasumi means misty! It depends on Japanese Kanji but a noun[霞] is misty. But usually we use other Japanese Kanji for person´s name Kasumi, like this[香澄]and[加寿美]etc.

She is really Kasumi´s #(number)1 fan.
My #1 fan is haruka/may,because she is my cr***.you the word,i just can´t say it.
